I’m takin’ a break this week. I’ve been doing this for almost four months now and between overtime at work, school and other projects I’m falling behind. I’ll probably post some sketches later in the week, but the story will pick back up next Monday.

Ok, you’ll notice a couple new things on the left sidebar. A Twitter widget and a Gothbook(facebook) link. I’m in the process of creating Gothchic-Comic pages for both of these right now so expect to see some things popping up soon. And if you’re so inclined follow them.

San Diego Comic Con

I hit up San Diego Comic Con this week, Thursday and Friday. It’s getting to the point that I can’t spend any more time there because it’s so exhausting.

I did:

  • Find Dean Yeagle at the show and bought a few of his sketchbooks.
  • Thanked the Halfpixel guys for writing How to Make Webcomics.
  • Hung out with one of my old friends from Seattle.
  • Learned that the Embassy Suites is the best hotel to stay at, as they’re only a few blocks from the convention center and they have a happy hour from 5:30-7:30PM with snacks and an OPEN BAR.
  • was disapointed that the Free Enterprise 2: The Wrath of Shatner panel was canceled.

In other news, tonight I’m heading to Anaheim tonight to get my drinky drinky on and see Action 45 tear some shit up.
